Project valentine

i am going to be working on a project called "Project valentine" project valentine will be a new valentine a new layout for the forum it will include:
1. A new hedder
2. New bottons
3. A red background or something like that
4. New ranks

Project valentine will be up for about 2 days then will be replaced with this layout that we have at the moment.

We would love to hear any suddgestions you have for project valentine so please feel free to post them below

I gues there should be a rank of hearts image instead of the stars(for every member)
